Somerell administers private trust companies in Wyoming. It is not a trust company or a bank. It does not act as trustee or in any other fiduciary capacity, and does not offer to. It is not chartered or supervised by the Wyoming Division of Banking. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.

Reading this site does not create a client relationship, and neither does sending the form. A relationship, if there is one, starts with a written agreement with your private trust company.

Privacy

The form asks for a name, an email, how you are connected to the matter, and a short note. We read it so we can reply. We do not sell it. Leave account numbers and trust documents out of it. The longer note is on the contact page.
